Yes, Redfingerprint sells only genuine and brand new quality name-brand merchandise. All our products are sourced from members of the manufacturer's distribution chain and reputable resellers. Our operation and distribution centers are located in Asia to lower overhead and shipping cost. This permits us to pass on the savings to you.

    • Click on the <view cart> button to view and modify your selection
    • Proceed to <check out> if you have completed your selection
    • Complete the billing and shipping information and
      click <Continue To Next Step>
    • A summary page will appear, review all information carefully
      Click <Confirm> to confirm order
We will email a receipt to you immediately. Please note the receipt will only be valid upon clearance of your payment information.

    We will send you the necessary wire transfer instructions once we receive your order.
We reserve the right to require additional forms of identification prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in order cancellation.

Shipment is charged on per order basis.
That is one order will only be charged one shipping fee even if the order contains more than 1 item.

7. How long does it take to receive my order?                                  Top

The length of time it takes for you to receive your order depends mostly on where the shipment is going. We ship most orders within 2 to 3 business days.

Example:
A shipment to United States will take 2 to 3 business days.
Hence, a typical order shipped to an address in United States will take 4 to 6 business days to reach its destination.

Redfingerprint does not charge duty or sales tax. Duties and import taxes are only applicable to certain countries.

Local customs in other countries may charge a duty or import tax. Customers will be responsible for all duty and import taxes incurred. Our carriers will handle all custom clearance. The duty or tax bill will be presented upon delivery of merchandise to your doorstep.

9. What is your return policy?                                                          Top
