Our Return Policy
Merchandise may
be returned to us within 30 days of
purchase for a refund. We aim to provide prompt and quality customer
service. Please report any defect or descrepancies within 24 hours
of receipt. All returns must be brand new and unused, unworn, in original
packaging, unmodified, strap/bracelet not resized or removed and undamaged.
Refund does not include shipping cost.
A RETURN NUMBER
(RTN#) is required for ALL returns to ensure you are fully credited.
RTN# must be requested within 15 days of the original ship date. Your
package must reach us strictly within the 30 days period at which
time the RTN# expires. Returns over the 30 days period or without
RTN# authorization will be refused. RTN#'s are non-renewable. There
is a 15% restocking fee (this is what our credit card processor charges
us to credit your account) with a minimum fee of US$10.00.
To return a product,
please follow the steps outlined below.
- Obtain a Return
Number (RTN#) within 15 days of the original ship date by sending
an email to us at return@redfingerprint.com
- You just need
to provide us your original order number, reason for return if possible,
your name and daytime telephone number.
- Verify that
all merchandise is unused, unworn, in original packaging, unmodified
and undamaged.
- We will furnish
you with the necessary return instruction upon receiving your email
The refund shall be made in the same form of payment the original
purchase was made. For example, the refund will be credited back to
the purchasing credit card, wire transfer or store credits etc. Please
note that special order*, large orders (3 pieces and above), discounted
items, additional links and replacement strap are not returnable.
IMPORTANT Redfingerprint.com do not accept products that is
used, worn out, not in its original condition or damaged. We will
not be liable for any damage or loss during shipping returns. *Special
