morning - Thursday 2nd October. In total, my order took only 3 full
business days to arrive at my doorstep (most of that time was spent
in Australian Customs!) I would like to compliment you on your excellent

I ordered a watch from Red Fingerprint which, through
a misunderstanding, I believed to be in stock at the time of my order.
It wasn’t, which would have resulted in a three-day delay in shipping.
This put it into the start of a trip I was taking, so I was somewhat
dismayed that I would not get the watch until after the trip. However,
upon learning of this, Rebecca found the watch with a different supplier.
She actually phoned to tell me this, long after regular business hours,
and promised personally expedite the shipping of my order in the hopes
that it would arrive before my trip started. It did, in perfect order.
I didn’t think that kind of customer service ever lived in North
America. Too bad I only need one watch, but I certainly recommend this
company to anyone else in the market for one.
